The Hardware Upgrade Maintenance task for the old server IP 207.180.226.226 has been completed. Kindly note down the new server IP information:
New Updated FTP Hostname IP: 103.190.54.36
New Plesk Panel URL: http://103.190.54.36:8880
If you are using our provided default nameservers with shared hosting or reseller hosting, no DNS changes are required.
However, if you have a reseller hosting account using private child nameservers, please update all child nameservers and their associated A record IP from the old server IP 207.180.226.226 to the new server IP viz. 103.190.54.36 ASAP to ensure your website works smoothly from the new server.
Please note that the old server IP 207.180.226.226 will be cancelled in 48 hrs, so if you require any offsite data backups, kindly download the same from the old Plesk Panel http://207.180.226.226:8880 using the existing username and password by or before 5 May 2024 10 AM IST time zone as then the server will be deleted after that period is over.

As a part of maintaining the quality of the shared hosting services, we are performing a Hardware Upgrade Maintenance on the Shared Server IP 207.180.226.226. The task will be taken care of as follows:
Start time: 2 May 2024, 4 PM IST time zone
Expected Time Required: A few hours
Downtime expected: We do not expect any downtime - even if any, is expected to be minimal
Please note that the server IP will be updated to a new server IP; thus, we will email all users with their new FTP hostname and Plesk Panel URL once the task is completed. If you use white-label nameservers, we will also provide the IP so you can update your child nameservers' IPs if you use a reseller account with white-label nameservers.
