New web hosting account details have been sent to all customers via email as required. Old web server will be discontinued 5.00 PM IST today on 14th Oct 2011 as required since migration of server already finished to new server ip ?67.225.212.116 as required.

Restore of backup file of current server ip 209.59.148.4 to new web server have been completed. The new web server ip is 67.225.212.116.
1. We have updated nameservers ips of our existing nameservers as follows:
Primary Nameserver > win27.securehostplanet.com > new ip 67.225.212.116
Secondary Nameserver > win28.securehostplanet.com > new ip 67.225.212.117
2. If in case you are using custom nameservers of your own domain name then you are required to update your child nameserver ips as well as A RECORDS of the nameservers to as follows:
Primary Nameserver > new ip 67.225.212.116
Secondary Nameserver > new ip 67.225.212.117
3. We are currently working on reset of all shared hosting and reseller hosting ac's password set on new web server and sending new welcome email containing web hosting account details of your web hosting ac on new web server.
4. Your old web hosting account at server ip 209.59.148.4 will continue to work till 13th Oct 2011 with same existing old password set you do have however on 13th Oct 2011 10.00 AM IST we will discontinue old web server since all data backups already copied to new server as required.
5. Make sure that you have taken all data backup till 13th Oct 2011 10.00 AM IST from old web server since we will discontinue old web server on 13th Oct 2011 10.00 AM IST Time zone.
Other than this if you face any error message or any kind of technical assistance required from our side post migration then feel free to contact us till 13th Oct 2011 since on 13th Oct 2011 10.00 AM IST we will have terminated old web server as mentioned above as well as in previous emails.
As we have updated server ips on our nameservers thus once dns propagated in few hours websites shall start working after dns propagation from web server ip 67.225.212.116 as required.

Restore process is still going on, we are facing some technical issues with the restore that is why its taking little more time than aspected. However our senior system admin already working on the same to have the restore completed as soon as possible with close monitoring on the same, we will keep you updated as soon as we do have more information or update on the same...

Backup file created successfully and currently backup file is being restored on new web server. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information on the same. Also once the restore get finished we will update the ip addresses of our current nameservers in order to have websites working from new web servers as required.
In meantime all customers of server ip 209.59.148.4 are requested to make sure they take timely backups of their all data hosted on web server 209.59.148.4 before 13th Oct 2011 as on 13th Oct 2011 we will have Server ip 209.59.148.4 shut down on permanent basis.

The older backup task finished but we found some technical issues thus we have restarted a new server wide backup task to create a new backup file. The current new backup task is completed approx. 59% as of now we will keep you updated as soon as we have more information on the same.

This is to update you that we have started server wide backup task on web server ip 209.59.148.4 as soon as backup file get created successfully we will then after copy the backup file to new web server and afterwards will restore the backup to new web server as required.
Note: New web server do have IIS 7 on it thus it make a advantage that now you will be able to run those websites as well on new web server which do require IIS 7, if any.

This is to inform you that we are going to discontinue our Windows Shared hosting server ip address 209.59.148.4 from 13th Oct 2011 onwards thus this is a prior notification for the same in case you are having any active web hosting ac on server ip 209.59.148.4 of us. We will be doing migration of all of web hosting accounts using Plesk backup files from server ip 209.59.148.4 to our other dedicated server within the same data center in USA thus required data migration using Plesk backup files will be started from 7th Oct 2011 onwards and once migration finished we will send you new web hosting account details via email to your email id on our new server as required.
We have also planned to have same name servers working on new server as are of current server ip 209.59.148.4 after migration completes thus if you are having our name servers of b4uindia.com on your hosted domain name, then you shall not be required to update the nameservers since we will keep same nameservers to ensure there shall be no changes in nameservers required by your side.
Important note if you are having reseller hosting ac: If you are a reseller hosting ac holder on current server ip 209.59.148.4 and using securehostplanet.com name servers for your web hosting accounts then the same name servers will continue to work on new web server post migration as well so there shall be no requirements to do any kind of nameservers update post migration finished.
