Important Updates/ Changes in Billing System at B4UIndia Web Technologies

Dear Sir/Madam,
As per the new amendments in Service Tax by Govt. of India we will be required to pay service tax on every invoice generated by our billing system no matter it is unpaid or paid invoice, thus the following new changes will be there in billing system of B4UIndia Web Technologies as follows:
- Any invoice at B4UIndia Web Technologies will be unpaid till 7th day from due date of the invoice, in case customer do not make payments for any unpaid invoice within 7 days of the due date then such invoice may be canceled by B4UIndia Web Technologies with/without further notice. However in case any customer still wish to renew any such service or product then he/she can send us email at support@b4uindia.com we then raise a new invoice for any such renewal case and can give you details/ link to pay for it.
- Apart from above noted point no. 1, all unpaid invoices till 30th Sep 2011 will be canceled on 30th Sep 2011 thus make sure to make the payments before end of the Sep 2011 itself to have timely renewal processed as well as the same procedure to cancel the unpaid invoices will be done from next quarter onwards at end of every quarter.
- We do have pre-paid services thus customers are required to ensure they make payments for renewal charges if any before its next due date, failure to make payments till due date may result in suspend or termination of such product/services accounts, if any with or without further notice.
- In general circumstances billing system will send any renewal invoice 15 days prior to next due date however it is customer’s duty to ensure they do timely renewal of their product/service account with us prior to next due date in order to have continued services.
