Web server ip 109.203.104.22 will be terminated on 5th Sep 2011 10.00 AM IST so make sure to take all required data backups before that date from server ip 109.203.104.22 if any required and also make sure to let us know any technical assitance if required from our side before server terminate date viz. 109.203.104.22 since after server terminated we will not be able to offer any data from web server ip 109.203.104.22.

Restore of backup file on USA server have been completed. The new web server ip is 67.225.212.116.
1. We have updated nameservers ips of our existing nameservers as follows:
win61.b4uindia.com > old ip 213.229.109.146 > new ip 67.225.212.116
win62.b4uindia.com > old ip 109.203.104.23 > new ip 67.225.212.117
as well as
ns61.securehostplanet.com > old ip 213.229.109.146 > new ip 67.225.212.116
ns62.securehostplanet.com > old ip 109.203.104.23 > new ip 67.225.212.117
2. If in case you are using custom nameservers of your own domain name then you are required to update your child nameserver ips as well as A RECORDS of the nameservers to as follows:
Primary Nameserver ip > old ip 213.229.109.146 > new ip 67.225.212.116
Secondary Nameserver ip > old ip 109.203.104.23 > new ip 67.225.212.116
3. We are currently working on reset of all shared hosting and reseller hosting ac's password set on new web server and sending new welcome email containing web hosting account details of your web hosting ac on new web server.
4. New web server is having Mail Enable Webmail Client as default webmail client on web server.
5. We will take all latest mail data backups from old UK web server and will copy the mail data to new USA Server tomorrow at 10.00 AM IST to have latest mail data sync on new web server.
6. Your old web hosting account at UK server will continue to work till 5th Sep 2011 with same existing old password set you do have however on 5th Sep 2011 10.00 AM IST we will discontinue old UK web server since all data backups using plesk backup file already copied to new USA server as required.
7. Make sure that you have taken all data backup till 5th Sep 2011 10.00 AM IST from old UK web server since we will discontinue old UK web server on 5th Sep 2011 10.00 AM IST Time zone.
Other than this if you face any error message or any kind of technical assistance required from our side post migration then feel free to contact us till 5th Sep 2011 since on 5th Sep 2011 10.00 AM IST we will have terminated old UK web server as mentioned above as well as in previous emails.
As we have updated server ips on our nameservers thus once dns propagated in few hours websites shall start working after dns propagation from USA web server as required.

Plesk Backup files are copied successfully from UK Server ip 109.203.104.22 to USA Server & now system admin have started restore process of the plesk backups on USA Server as required.
Once that is done we will update our nameservers ips and will update you with your web hosting account details on our new USA Server as required.

We have started migration of web hosting ac of server ip 109.203.104.22 to new USA Web Server using backup files of 28th Aug 2011. Right now backup files are being copied from our UK Server 109.203.104.22 to new USA Web Server.
As soon as this get completed we will start restore of backup files at USA Server as required.
We will keep you updated on the same as soon as we have more information/updates on the same.

This is to inform you that we are going to discontinue our Windows Server on UK Data center ip address 109.203.104.22 from 5th Sep 2011 onwards thus this is a prior notification for the same in case you are having any active web hosting ac on server ip 109.203.104.22 on UK Server of us. We will be doing migration of all of web hosting accounts using plesk backup files from server ip 109.203.104.22 to our other dedicated server with latest Hexa core server hardware on USA data center thus required data migration using plesk backup files will be started from 29th Aug 2011 onwards and once migration finished we will send you new web hosting account details via email to your email id on our new USA Data center Windows Server as required.
The reason behind the requirement of server migration is that we have noticed slower & insufficient technical support these days from our UK data center. Your existing web hosting package and its features will be same on USA server after the migration as it is.
We have also planned to have same name servers working on new USA Server as are of current UK server ip 109.203.104.22 after migration completes thus if you are having our name servers of b4uindia.com on your hosted domain name, then you shall not be required to update the nameservers since we will keep same nameservers to ensure there shall be no changes in nameservers required by your side.
Important note if you are having reseller hosting ac: If you are a reseller hosting ac holder on current UK server ip 109.203.104.22 and using securehostplanet.com name servers for your web hosting accounts then the same name servers will continue to work on new web server post migration as well so there shall be no requirements to do any kind of nameservers update post migration finished. Note: We will be doing migration using plesk backup files however due to nature of the digital services all customers are required to take their data backups of all data hosted on our web server ip 109.203.104.22 before its termination date which is 5th Sep 2011. Since on 5th Sep 2011 we will have UK Server ip 109.203.104.22 shut down on permanent basis.
