Billing update - Domain Sync related information

We have recently started sync option in our Billing System in which every domain name's next due date will be checked with domain name's actual due date/expiry date and will be sync accordingly, during this phase system may generate new invoice for your already expired and deleted domain name.
You are requested to please ignore any such invoice and report us we will have them canceled, as required.
Note: Any payment of already deleted domain name's renewal will not be accepted and if made payments in mistake the same will be refunded as deleted domain names cannot be renewed at regular renewal fee if they are already in Redemption Phase.
Similarly a bug has been fixed in billing system, in which customer may receive in invoice email "Privacy Protection" included while Privacy Protection is a paid addon since 15 April 2014, so until you pay separetly for privacy protection addon the same will not be included with domain name renewal invoice.
