Deprecation of SuperSite 1
Deprecation of SOAP API
Deprecation of SuperSite 1

We introduced a new and improved version of our reseller storefront - SuperSite, over two years ago and will now completely be phasing out SuperSite 1. On the 15th of November, Supersite 1 will be deprecated and users of SuperSite 1 will be moved to the latest version by default.

How will you be impacted?:
We will be binding the SS1 IPs to the SS2 servers and automatically moving those Resellers who have not moved over to SS2, on the day of the deprecation

After the 15th of November, any file customizations that you/your customers have made to SuperSite 1 will be kept alive for a month. You can retrieve these customizations during this period and will need to replicate them manually on SuperSite 2

The PartnerSite will also be ported over to the new SuperSite code base. While this will impact optimizations at the back end, there will be no visible enhancements on the front end Your Logos will be ported to the new SuperSite

Deprecation of SOAP API

As part of the SOAP API deprecation, we will stop support for all SOAP API Calls from 15th February 2015. As a result, your SOAP API calls will fail and you will not be able to perform any order related actions. You will be able to perform all product related actions using HTTP API. Please refer to our knowledgebase, for more information on using HTTP API calls.

How will you be impacted?:

Post the deprecation, your SOAP API calls will fail for any domain related transaction. It is essential that you start using HTTP API to ensure that your orders are provisioned smoothly.
If you require any assistance, our support team will help you transition from SOAP API to HTTP API.

Please ensure that these details are communicated to all Sub-Resellers/Customers under you. If you require further information about this mail, or require any assistance, please feel to get in touch with us.
