1. Make sure to use only genuine & original copies of Windows OS and other software.
2. Make sure that your Windows OS is fully updated and all OS updates installed
3. Make sure to have any leading Realtime Antivirus software installed and full scan your computer to be safe side.
4. Make sure to download all of your required data
backups of your important data safely on external
hard drives at your end to be safe side.
5. If you have any VPS Or dedicated server with us then either update the OS from your end or either share us your RDP admin password so that we can have all OS updates installed.
6. Donot download any attachments from any emails from unknown email senders.
