All services are up and running and the server is in our monitoring queue atm. If you face any technical issue still feel free to contact us via support ticket from your billing ac.

We are facing some technical issues on a shared server IP 78.31.65.124 atm. We have already escalated the case to the data center team and waiting for their update on the same. 


In the meantime, we can see via vnc that OS updates are being installed. Kindly note that it may take a few hrs before we have this query resolved since there are OS updates and before doing anything we need to wait for OS updates to be auto-applied which is going on. Technical Windows OS update doesn't show any Estimated time remaining however generally gets completed in a few hrs.

The server is up and running however some services may face intermittent issues during the period.

We are working on it. We will keep you updated asap.
