We are pleased to inform you that WebJi® now offers you 24x7 chat support. Kindly note that chat support is not a replacement for the email-based helpdesk or email support however for some cases you need urgent connectivity with us so in that case, you shall feel free to discuss with us your query via chat system instead of the phone.

 

Chat support is meant for:

  • You have a pre-sales or any other quick query.
  • You have a quick how-to type of query.
  • You are having any other quick questions
  • Your email/ support ticket is not replied to, for more than 2 hrs time, and you want it to be escalated.

 

Chat support is not for:

  • Replacement of our ticket system which is on email id support@webji.services
  • Any form of confidential answers or queries or discussions.
  • Any discussion which requires a password or any domain name transfer auth code or domain name contact details or any other confidential information.
  • Any query which requires follow-up with the client or details or screenshot etc be shared with the team for investigation.
  • Any other query which is not a quick question and requires detailed investigation.
  • Anything required detailed discussion or steps follow-up.
  • You require more than 2 chat support request per month per billing ac, in such a case paid addon needs to be ordered from https://webji.in/billing/cart.php?a=add&pid=1552 


This article or the chat system is not decided to make it a point of discussion of what we can support and what we cant support on live chat on our website. We don't charge customers for any of the support services they live chat is just a free addon at the moment, as far as not abused by users.
