If any email id login says error - disabled or invalid user - then try to reset its password via plesk panel for once and retry to login. You can reset email id password from new plesk panel at http://95.217.184.123:8880/ 

In an exceptional case, if any email id is missing in plesk panel then just recreate it > the previous data shall automatically come once you recreated that same exact named email id which was missing in new plesk. 

There is no open or pending case in queue so please send us email at support@webji.services  with list of domain name, database name once you created blank database only, so that we can restore their backups from backup library.

At the time of writing this announcement we have no open or pending case for this server. Kindly share us list of databases once created blank with same name in same domain name.

How to get db name, db user and db password?
Ans: Our team is checking all domains & subdomains at level best one by one and if any db error we see and you have connection string mentioned in web.config file we will recreate the same name and restore the db from backup. 

However when you have encrypted connection string or that is not mentioned in web.config then your developer shall be contacted to get the domain name, db name, db user and db password. So once you have that info you can recreate same database type (same MSSQL version) with same mssql db name, db user and db pass in plesk panel at http://95.217.184.123:8880/ and email after that to support@webji.services so that our team can check and restore the same from backup library.

MSSQL Hostname for all database versions on new shared server:

MSSQL 2019 server at Port 1436
for hosted web application on same server: localhost,1436
for remote computer using mssql management studio: 95.217.184.123,1436
 
MSSQL 2017 server at Port 1435
for hosted web application on same server: localhost,1435
for remote computer using mssql management studio: 95.217.184.123,1435
 
MSSQL 2016 server at Port 1434
for hosted web application on same server: localhost,1434
for remote computer using mssql management studio: 95.217.184.123,1434
 
MSSQL 2014 server at Port 1436
for hosted web application on same server: localhost,1433
for remote computer using mssql management studio: 95.217.184.123,1433

 

So if you want to connect to mssql 2016 version created db then hostname to be used as localhost,1435 in web application stored on server or if you want to connect remotely from your desktop pc (MSSQL Management Studio) then in that case IP, port so in this case of MSSQL 2016 it shall be 95.217.184.123,1435

All clients are requested to please create all required dbs in plesk panel under the same domain name with same user password and share us list of domain names and database name for mssql so that we can restore the backups from our end.

Please make sure to keep same user password if you did not remember the same then use file manager inside plesk panel at http://95.217.184.123:8880/ to get the connection string with help of your developer.

If you did not remember it was mssql 2014 / 2017 / 2019 then better to create db from drop down in mssql 2019 as if created in wrong lower versions the restore may throw errors.

All available mysql databases in Plesk backup restore completed. If any client have any mysql db missing please create a blank db with same name and send us email at support@webji.services so that we can restore the data on request for such an exceptional case.

  • If your plesk login are not working on new URL then let us know via email at support@webji.services 
  • If any of email id is missing then recreate it at panel http://95.217.184.123:8880/ and update us we will restore its mail data manually
  • If email id creation throw you any error in new panel at http://95.217.184.123:8880/ then email us at support@webji.services and we will check and fix that and also restore that data manually for that mailbox missing.
  • If any database is missing then please recreate the db and email us at support@webji.services and we will recreate it.
  • If any domain name is missing in your reseller hosting ac > then recreate that domain name along with all its email ids or databases and let us know we will restore all of their data manually.

Presently all db are being restored that shall help in fixing most of db related errors. We are working on it. We will keep you updated asap.

Kindly note that as informed you earlier we have the most of the data backups (on backup server), however the Plesk configs are not with us as old server is not accessible so kindly follow steps mentioned above and update us via email for any support query and our team is happy to help you. We have the files folders, mails, database backup of recent past however the Plesk configuration is not with us. So in Plesk you may be required to re-create (some or all of the) email ids or dbs via plesk panel (if any missing) however as we have the data so once created that as blank id or db > you can then contact our support team at support@webji.services so our team will manually restore that db or mailbox data from the files we have.

It is a manual restore thus is a time consuming process. Kindly cooperate with the restore procedure. If you have any domain name required restore in urgent you can email us that at support@webji.services and our team will take care of that next in queue.


It may take few hrs for domains configuration to restore after which we will start manual data restore of email ids / dbs etc. The whole process is manual restore as old server is inaccessible thus may take 12-48 hrs to have the entire process completed.

Any recent OS update has corrupted the server OS that is why the existing server is not accessible. Our senior admins are still working on the same at the same time new server has been bring online for replacement server and presently restore process is running. We are working on it. We will keep you updated asap.

At the time of writing this update have tried various system tools but the system is not getting repaired thus we will have all data migrated to new server IP and update all clients on the same via this announcement link.

Kindly note that it may take few hrs time to have the same completed. First of all we will make up the email services > then databases and then after http websites. Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this technical issue.  We are trying every option in hands to finish this asap. The available backups will be restored.

Presently checkdisk is running which is a system command to repair the file system errors on the existing server and side by side a new server is being setup as an alternative option in case system repair fails. We are taking care of the same with utmost priority and will keep you updated asap.

We have tried to run system file scan utility from Microsoft but that did not help. So now we are trying to run a checkdisk to see if there is any file system corruption and if that can be repaired. We are working on it. We will keep you updated asap. 

 

 

Previous Update

Server IP 95.217.197.119 is facing some technical issue we are working on fixing the same. As per current findings it seems to be some OS level system corruption we are working on the same and will keep you updated.

It may take few hrs as its investigation based issue. If fails we will deploy new replacement server asap but as of now our first primary preference is to make the same server online asap.
