Due to increased issues of cybercrime and online security breaches over the internet, we wanted to inform you that we have updated our policy regarding outdated website CMSs. Going forward, any website found to be using an outdated CMS will be suspended from our network. Any client is not allowed to host outdated cms software on our hosting network. If you built a website using a website cms software it is your duty as a web hosting ac holder to keep your cms software up to date for security reasons.

We understand that keeping your website up-to-date can be a challenge, but it's important for the security of your site and for compliance with our policies. The client(s) are requested to make sure they connect to the developer and make sure website cms software is up to date and have your own internal system at your end to recheck for any cms software updates periodically.

Fortunately, Plesk has an inbuilt WordPress updater that can also be used to keep your Wordpress CMS automatically patched if it is found to be outdated. If found any website with outdated Wordpress Plesk might auto-update the same thus it's advised that the client take care of updates from their end timely basis to avoid any technical issue arising from auto-update. Webji Hosting Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any website uptime or related any other issue resulting from failure in keeping your website cms software timely upto dated from your end or from auto-update by Plesk for outdated Wordpress CMS software.

We also recommend that you keep an offsite backup of your website regularly to deal with any cms auto-update related issues and ensure that your CMS is always up-to-date. If you have any questions or need assistance with updating your website, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via email at support@webji.services

Thank you for your cooperation!
