Shifting from EU data center to India data center

We would like to inform you that our company is making a change to our server hosting infrastructure. For the past 6 years, we have been utilizing a data center located in the EU. Unfortunately, we have experienced some difficulties with this data center as they have strict policies towards abuse complaints and have taken unreliable actions to shut down servers without proper warning or resolution. Additionally, we have had issues with timely responses to our support tickets.
As a result, we have decided to move all of our servers from that EU data center to a new data center located in India. During this process, there may be some interruptions in services for a few hours. We are utilizing R1soft disk images for the majority of data migration (wherever possible) which is expected to be technically one of the best solution for migration. Please note that the data will be latest but still can be few hours older backup as data migration from source to destination might also have hours gape.
To minimize any potential impact, we strongly encourage all customers to take their own offsite backup before the existing old server is cancelled. The old server will be terminated 2 days after the data migration is completed.
