Technical issue with server IP 89.163.208.34

Please note that from our side restore task has been completed. All clients has been provided with latest data available on backups with us. The old server has been canceled as is OS crashed and were not able to boot the OS.

Login details of new plesk panel sent to all customers via email. 

  1. In case your outlook not working make sure to reset all email ids password first then after reconfigure your outlook with new password set only.   2. In case your database driven application / website not working > Then reset the db user password and update your connection string with MSSQL hostname values as mentioned at https://billing.webji.in/knowledgebase/5148/What-are-SQL-hostname-for-23.88.97.194-.html

Please note, in case if your ac is missing or facing any issue to access any service ac hosted on server IP 89.163.208.34 which is still not working then feel free to contact us at support@webji.services as soon as possible.

We are restoring the accounts of old server IP 89.163.208.34 on to new server IP 23.88.97.194. Kindly note the following:

1. All MSSQL databases are upgraded and restored on MSSQL 2014 on new server. MSSQL hostname info for your backend code to update your connection strings, if any as mentioned at https://billing.webji.in/knowledgebase/5148/What-are-SQL-hostname-for-23.88.97.194-.html

2. Any database, plesk panel, email ids password are reset to random secure password after restore thus you need to reset them from your end before reusing the same.

3. As soon as your ac restore is completed we will send your web hosting ac new login details of plesk panel on new server via email. Once received your need to login and reset your password of database, email ids etc to the preferred one by you.

Please make sure to reset your password for db user + update your connection strings and also all your email id password to be reset before you restart using them as during manual restore the password data is set to random for all accounts.

For your mail plesk panel our team will reset and send you new password via email as required, once restore of your ac is completed.

We cannot recover the Windows OS thus manual restore is being done right now.

Please note that manual restoration is a time-consuming process and may take longer. We are working on it. As soon as your ac is restored, the website shall start working.

In case you already have the backup with you and want to restore your data from your end to speed up the process, then let us know at  support@webji.services in that case we can share you new login details of your new shared hosting ac in replacement and share your new login details so that you can restore backup available at your end.
