The server is back online and has been double the # of vCPU on the cloud. Please note that if you have a PHP-based website we recommend you opt for separate Linux hosting on our cloud infrastructure as Windows is not recommended for PHP websites.
Previous Update
We would like to inform you that the shared server IP 23.88.97.194 is currently undergoing an upgrade to increase its number of CPU cores. As the server is on cloud infrastructure, this upgrade will improve its performance and stability.
The server shall be online shortly after the completion of the upgrade. We appreciate your patience during this process.
