The backup download task has been completed on the new server. Now we are moving manually all the mail data to their respected folders.
The task may take few hrs for us to complete after that we will send newsletter to all users to request them to check all mail data now.

The backup download for (old server) mail data is currently 81% complete on the new server, with data being downloaded from our remote cloud storage. Once the download reaches 100%, all old mailbox data from the previous server will be fully restored as is. We anticipate the process to be completed by this evening. We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully retrieved the latest available backup copy from the old server. We are now proceeding with the restoration process to ensure all email data is restored to its most recent state, exactly as it was on the old server.
May take 24-48 hrs for us to finish all as data is in Terabytes. We will keep you posted. In meantime all email ids shall be working fine. If not connect with email id and password to support@webji.services and our team can help you.

- If any email id not working we will request users to reset that email id password by logging to new Plesk Panel at http://103.190.54.19:8880/
- If you have missed or forgot the Plesk logins feel free to connect to our team at support@webji.services and they can help you reset the plesk logins.
- Old email data of all email ids restore task is still running might take few hrs ETA 24 hrs if all goes good.
New server is stable and is on NMVe instead of SSD (on earlier server) so the performance of the new email server is way faster and better too as we have moved server to NVMe for better performance purpose on new hardware.

New server setup has been completed and all email ids shall be working fine now.
Please make sure to read this carefully:
- The new server does have all email ids and their password as same as there were. Still if you face any login issue then we request you to login to your Plesk Panel on new server using existing Plesk Panel login details at http://103.190.54.19:8880/ and try to reset its password first.
- New server Plesk Panel URL is http://103.190.54.19:8880/ so any email id password shall be reset on this URL only.
- If you face any outlook config issues make sure your outlook is configured using the correct outlook pop3, imap and smtp settings as mentioned in our kb article at https://billing.webji.in/knowledgebase/5034/Hostname-to-setup-outlook-or-phone-email-client-for-mail-server-1.html
- If you face any issue to access via outlook, then try our Webmail URL over SSL https://webmail.email2host.com/
- All email ids are blank right now we have 1 day old backup however backup restore may take few hours in meantime your mailboxes may be empty we will soon restore the available all 1 day old backups so kindly wait for 1-2 days time as the process of restore of old email data may take some time as data size is larger.

Further we will keep you informed via email once the restore process is completed and all old mail data has been restored from backups. Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the technical issue. We are working on it with highest priority and our first priority was to make sure all email ids work fine so the provisional arrangements to make email ids online has been taken care.

Please note that the server is working fine for last few years however due to the recent intermittent hardware issues, we are processing server data migration to other hardware. Our team is monitoring the old server and at the same time we have took the backup and moving the data to new server. The process may take few hours as depending on amount of data. We will keep you all informed as soon as it gets completed.

The issue was fixed in few minutes last night but have been repeated our data center team is checking on it, if necessary will change the server hardware as additional option. Kindly wait for our update we will keep you posted asap via this announcement link.

This is to inform you that in our monitoring we have found some technical issue with mail server IP 103.71.99.206. The case has been already escalated to data center team and we are waiting for their update on the same.
