Latest Update 7 May 2025 14:20 IST
Our data center team has moved our network to some other ISP, and the network is way more stable. There has been one or two short outages since morning; the only reason was a few seconds of outage to shuffle or change the ISP routes at the data center.
All the networks and servers are working fine now that the situation has been mitigated by the data center team for now.
Our team is closely monitoring to ensure all goes smoothly.

The network is under our close monitoring. There have been few intermittent issues. But please be informed that the attack is at the ISP level, so there is not much option for us other than waiting for the ISP provider to check and take care of them at their end.
We will recommend all clients wait for tonight, and if necessary, we will move our VPS/dedicated servers to a Europe-based data center as a last option. However, such things are time-consuming, and also the IP gets changed too, so we will recommend that as an option as a last resort, so we will decide on this tomorrow.

The servers and networks have been working fine for over 10–20 minutes now. However, the data center team stated that they are still addressing the issue, confirming that the network is functioning properly, and we are awaiting their update regarding the official resolution of the case.
We will keep you posted. At the time of writing this message, the network was up and running, and we are constantly monitoring and are in touch with the DC team.
