Regarding remote backup errors

We have noticed that some of the backup tasks are failing, and due to this technical issue, you may be getting the backup failure emails. It is not happening to all servers, but to a few tasks, it is happening.
As of now, we are working with our backup software development team and getting it sorted out. In the meantime, client(s) having these backup failure messages are requested to ensure you keep offsite backups at your end on a timely basis.
Since this issue involves both storage and backup software development, 3rd party involvement, thus it may take a few days’ time to get it fixed, but we are trying to sort it out ASAP.
