Latest Update 17 Apr 2026 06:41 PM IST

We would like to inform you that our Jaipur data center is currently experiencing a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. Our Data Center team has been engaged on an SOS basis and is actively working to mitigate the issue.

Current Status
As a protective measure, traffic is being rerouted through our Singapore DDoS mitigation system before reaching our India servers. This is a standard data center protocol and is currently the most effective solution to safeguard services during such incidents.

What to Expect
Because traffic must travel to Singapore and back, some users may experience slightly slower response times during this period. This is expected behavior during active mitigation and is a temporary measure. Once the attack subsides, our Data Center team will restore normal routing immediately.

Affected IP Range
The issue is presently impacting the following series, which corresponds to our Jaipur data center: 103.190.54.xxx

Our Data Center team is actively working on the situation and monitoring it closely around the clock. Services remain operational, and the only noticeable impact should be a minor increase in latency due to the rerouted path.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the continued security and stability of our infrastructure.

Previous Update

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is for Jaipur data center servers:

We would like to inform you that earlier today, one of our routers at the Jaipur Data Center was experiencing intermittent hanging issues, which resulted in 2–3 instances of network disruption. To stabilize the network, we have replaced the affected router with a temporary backup device. However, this router has slightly lower capacity compared to the original one.

We have already placed an order for the same model router, which is expected to arrive within the next 2–3 days (by Monday). Once received, we will schedule a short maintenance window of approximately 5–10 minutes to replace the temporary router with the new one.

Further update will be shared on this announcement thread.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Best Regards,
Support Team
