Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your patience as we finalize a major security upgrade. Our data center has recently deployed enterprise-grade Cloudflare DDoS protection—a massive infrastructure investment that utilizes over 8,000 Points of Presence (PoPs) to mitigate malicious traffic. In my 20+ years in the hosting industry, I can confirm this level of elite protection is incredibly rare among providers **in India**.

Why the recent downtime occurred:
Because modern DDoS attacks vary, our data center team must analyze and create custom rulesets in real time to block them. This optimization process has caused brief, temporary disruptions. However, as you may have noticed, the network stabilizes immediately once a new rule is applied.

We expect the network to become completely stable over the next few days as the system adapts to all DDOS attack of these types.

Being fully transparent, we want to offer you two options moving forward:

1. Cooperate for a few more days: Allow the engineering team to finish fine-tuning this world-class defense system for your long-term stability.
2. Alternative Migration: If you cannot afford to wait, let us know. We will provide a quote for an alternative data center and handle your data migration at no cost to you.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

with regards,
Anand Maheshwari (Director)
Webji Hosting Pvt. Ltd.
