Overview
Over the past few months, researchers have identified several critical security updates and vulnerabilities across both Linux and Windows operating systems. To maintain the highest standards of server security and data integrity, our team will be performing rolling OS updates across our entire server infrastructure.
Maintenance Schedule

Daily Window: 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (until entire list of servers completed)

Execution Strategy: To minimize widespread disruption, updates will be performed sequentially (one server at a time).
Expected Impact

Service Interruption: A server reboot will be required to apply the updates. As a result, services may experience brief downtime lasting a few minutes.

Unexpected Issues: While we anticipate a smooth transition, prolonged downtime may occur in rare, exceptional cases. Our team will be on standby to resolve any anomalies immediately.
No action is required on your part at this time but it is requested that you take required timely offsite backups of your data to be safe side.
Note: If you run critical processes during our nightly maintenance window (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST), please ensure your applications are configured to restart automatically upon server reboot.
