Dear Sir/Madam,
This email is to inform you about some of the changes in our billing system and payment methods as follows:
So far we were having renewal grace period for web hosting and other services as 7 days however from 1st Jan 2011 onwards that period will be of 3 days from date of your next renewal due date, if any. Customer will receive automatic reminder for overdue on 1st, 2nd and 3rd day from date of their due date for renewals, if any on their billing ac holder email id with us our terms of service Payment section is also updated for the same reason.
We will not accept any cash payments to our Bank accounts from 1st Jan 2011 onwards thus customers are requested to make payments using other alternative methods such as: Cheque/DD deposited to our ICICI or SBBJ Bank ac, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque/dd Send to our office address at Jaipur.
Also very soon we may be having facility of Debit card as a payment option (within possibly coming 2-3 months) for you at b4uindia.com to pay us using debit cards in future, for which we will update you as soon as we start accepting debit card payments.
