Latest Update: All of the web hosting accounts of server ip 67.227.136.117 have been migrated to new web servers and new web hosting ac details sent via email already to all customers of server ip 67.227.136.117. Update: As soon as restore is getting finished for one by one client's web hosting ac we are sending new web hosting account details via email and thus all Customers & Reseller hosting account holders are requested of this server to make sure that as soon as they receive new web hosting account details at new web server after migration they must update their all domain's name servers to new name servers which are being given in new web hosting account details from our side via email to customers as soon as one by one web hosting accounts of customers/resellers getting finished. Also please note that once you updated name servers to required new name servers of new web servers your websites will start work from new web server as soon as dns get propagated thus once you updated name servers you shall wait for few hours for dns to get propagated.

We are still working on remaining shared hosting account's restore task on new servers in order to have the migration of web hosting accounts finished on new servers as soon as possible.Your cooperation in the mean time is highly appriciated.

Update: Data restore on new web servers taking time due to reason plesk backup restore is an automatic process and takes time to complete the restore task by its own restoration process. However as soon as more client's restore getting finished we are updating such clients via email with new web hosting ac details. Also all of the services are online right now on server ip 67.227.136.117 except plesk control panel right now.

Update: This is regarding technical issue related to hard drive high I/O we are facing on server ip 67.227.136.117 Windows defrag process is finished however system admin said that the fragmentation percentage is not where I would like it to be to have faster access to hard drives and to have lower I/O related issues which is the reason that web server is online but working little slower right now. Thus right now we are working with system admin to have migration of web hosting accounts from this server to other web servers of us and we will update you via email as soon as we have more information on the same.

We are disabling Plesk Control Panel access in the meantime while we are working with migration of the web hosting accounts to new web servers as that may result in to have faster migration process with lowered I/O issue.

We are trying our level best techical efforts to have the migration task finished as soon as possible. We will inform customers /resellers one by one as soon as migration tasks get completed via email.

Update: As defrag is going on in Live Server thus its creating high I/O due to which server may cause in slower performance of web server during defrag running, however it is required as per system admin advise to have server performance increased after Defrag completed. We will update you as soon as it get completed.

Update: Defrag was stopped in middle thus as per suggestion of system admin, we are right having all services made online and defrag running on live web server itself with all services online.

Update: System admin updated us that they have stopped Plesk, MSSQL and MySQL & they have started the process of
defragging the c:\ drive. We will keep you updated on the progress of this.

Sir/Madam,

We are facing some high I/o issue with shared hosting server main ip 67.227.136.117 thus as per recommendation of our system admin we are taking down MSSQL, MySQL and Plesk Control Panel right now on server ip 67.227.136.117 and performing a Disk Defragmentation on C Drive as per recommendation of System Admin.

We have taken down the MSSQL, MySQL and Plesk Control Panel services on this shared hosting server during the disk defragmentation to have it completed much faster due to reason will be required to deal with Lower I/O during disk defragmentation will be running.

Right now we are not having any estimated time available for disk defragmentation to get completed however we will keep you updated with progress in our announcement area.
