Regarding Maintenance in our billing /support desk area

We have recently faced unexpected downtime on our billing / support desk area thus it may have the following effects:

1. In case you have placed any unpaid order in between  time frame of 26th Feb 2011 to 3 March 2011 then you will be required to order the same again in case that order is missing under your billing ac with b4uindia.com

2. In case you have made any ticket reply or sent any new support request via email to support@b4uindia.com in between time frame of 26th Feb 2011 to 3 March 2011 and you have yet not got ticket reply till 3rd March 2011 then you are requried to send that ticket reply again to our support desk to support@b4uindia.com

We have already fixed the technical issue however we are sorry for any kind of inconvenience caused due to the same. For any kind of technical or billing realtaed issue you shall free to contact us at support@b4uindia.com or by creating a support ticket from http://www.b4uindia.com/billing/submitticket.php
