New web hosting login details have been send to all customers as required of old server ip 67.227.142.77 of their new web hosting ac on new web server ip is 69.73.132.63 as required.
Old server ip 67.227.142.77 will be terminated on 14th Dec 2011 10.00 AM IST thus make sure to take downloaded all required data backups of your all data before server termination date, since after 14th Dec 2011 we will have server ip 67.227.142.77 deleted permanent basis since required data migration is already completed to new web server ip 69.73.132.63 as required.

Restore of backup file of current server ip 67.227.142.77 to new web server have been completed. The new web server ip is 69.73.132.63.
1. We have updated nameservers ips of our existing nameservers as follows:
Primary Nameserver > old ip 67.227.142.77 > new ip 69.73.132.63
Secondary Nameserver > old ip 67.227.142.78 > new ip 69.73.132.86
2. If in case you are using custom nameservers of your own domain name then you are required to update your child nameserver ips as well as A RECORDS of the nameservers to as follows:
Primary Nameserver > old ip 67.227.142.77 > new ip 69.73.132.63
Secondary Nameserver > old ip 67.227.142.78 > new ip 69.73.132.86
3. We are currently working on password reset of all shared hosting and reseller hosting ac's password set on new web server and sending new welcome email containing web hosting account details of your web hosting ac on new web server, as required.
4. Your old web hosting account at server ip 67.227.142.77 will continue to work till 14th Dec2011 with same existing old password set you do have however on 14th Dec2011 10.00 AM IST we will discontinue old web server since all data backups already copied to new server as required.
5. Make sure that you have taken all data backup till 14th Dec2011 10.00 AM IST from old web server since we will discontinue old web server on 14th Dec2011 10.00 AM IST Time zone.
Other than this if you face any error message or any kind of technical assistance required from our side post migration then feel free to contact us till 14th Dec2011 since on 14th Dec2011 10.00 AM IST we will have terminated old web server as mentioned above as well as in previous emails.
As we have updated server ips on our nameservers thus once dns propagated in few hours websites shall start working after dns propagation from web server ip 69.73.132.63 as required.

We are really sorry but plesk restore is still going on. It is taking extra time becuase of its internal processes, it may take approx. 12-24 hours to get restore task completed (an estimated time only). We will update keep you updated as soon as we do have more information or updates on the same.
We will provide you new ip address of new web server as well as your new web hosting accout details as soon once the restore task get completed of backup files on new server, as required.
Also we have planned to have old server terminated on 14th Dec 2011 10.00 AM instead of 12th Dec 2011 as required. So now old server will continue to work till 14th dec 2011 however make sure that you have downloaded all required data backups in meantime at your end as as required.

We have faced some technical issue with restore of the old server's Plesk generated backup files which were copied to new server thus we have now copied backup files as of 7 Dec 2011 to the new server and started restore of the backup files of yesterday now on new web server.

Plesk generated backup files of server IP 67.227.142.77 have been copied to new server and we have started process of restoration of the backup file as required. We will update keep you updated as soon as we do have more information or updates on the same.
Note: New server is haivng Windows 2008 OS with IIS7. This is an added advantage that on new server if your website is having requiremnet of IIS7 that will also work on new server due to reason IIS7 is over there.

The backup file got created successfully on server IP 67.227.142.77. We are currently in process to copy the Plesk backup file to new server and once the backup file gets copied to new web server then after we will start the restore as required of backup file on the new server.

This is to inform you that we are going to discontinue our Windows Shared hosting server IP address 67.227.142.77 from 12 Dec 2011 onwards thus this is a prior notification for the same in case you are having any active web hosting as on server IP 67.227.142.77 of us. We will be doing migration of all web hosting accounts of current server IP 67.227.142.77 using Plesk backup files to our new web server as required, thus required data migration will be carried out by using Plesk backup files. We will start the migration process of web hosting accounts from current server to new server from 5th Dec 2011 onwards and once migration finished we will send you new web hosting account details via email to your email id on our new server as required.
We have also planned to have same name servers working on the new server as are of having on current server IP 67.227.142.77 after the migration completes. Thus if you are having our name servers of b4uindia.com / securehostplanet.com on your hosted domain names on our web server, then you shall not be required to update the nameservers since we will keep same nameservers to ensure there shall be no changes in nameservers required by your side.
Important note if you are having reseller hosting as: If you are a reseller hosting ac holder on current server IP 67.227.142.77 and using securehostplanet.com name servers for your web hosting accounts then the same name servers will continue to work on new web server post migration as well so there shall be no requirements to do any kind of nameservers update post migration finished. Note: We will be doing migration using Plesk backup files however due to the nature of the digital services all customers are required to take their data backups of all data hosted on our web server IP 67.227.142.77 before its termination date which is 12 Dec 2011. Since on 12 Dec 2011 we will have Server IP 67.227.142.77 shut down on a permanent basis.
