- Server migration has been completed.
- New updated server login url for Plesk Panel is at http://103.69.196.157:8880/
- New updated server's MSSQL remote information as mentioned in kb article at https://billing.webji.in/knowledgebase/5189/What-are-SQL-hostname-for-103.69.196.157-.html
- Database sync for MySQL, MSSQL 2012, MSSQL 2014, MSSQL 2017 and MSSQL 2019 has been completed.
- Updated FTP hostname will be now 103.69.196.157
Please make sure to not use old server IP http://23.88.97.194:8880/ or IP 23.88.97.194 for anything else other than download any backups if you want. Avoid uploading any data there.
If you are using custom nameservers then make sure to update your DNS A records from IP 23.88.97.194 to 103.69.196.157 as 103.69.196.157 is new server IP.

Please note old server IP 23.88.97.194 will be deleted on Monday 18th Sep 2023 10 AM IST. Thus please download any of your data backups from old server before delete date.

The migration process has been started and as of now we have stopped the database servers on old server to copy the latest database data to new server. Kindly wait for our update in meantime all other services will work except DB servers.

We are facing some technical issue during the restore thus the migration or shifting of server has been postponed to tomorrow 5 PM IST onwards in meantime we will do required testing internally to make sure all goes good. All services in meantime are working as it is from current server. We will further keep you posted with update here.

This is to inform you about hardware upgrade to our shared server hardware for IP 23.88.97.194. In our continuous efforts to ensure higher performance, we are migrating to a new high-end server located in India. This move will result in faster performance, especially for Indian networks, as it will operate upto 1Gbps.
The migration process is scheduled to begin tomoroow 12 Sep 2023 at 5 PM IST. To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request your cooperation with the following:

Data migration: Our team will handle the data migration process on an "as available" basis. However, for added safety, we recommend that you download a backup of your email data. Outlook users: If you are currently using the Outlook hostname mentioned in our knowledge base, no changes are required on your end. The transition shall happen seamlessly.
- Minimal downtime: Our priority is to minimize any downtime during the migration process. We will first set up new mailboxes on the new server and then manually copy the email data to ensure a smooth transition.

Post-migration precautions: After 5 PM IST tomorrow, the 12 Sep 2023, we kindly request that you refrain from creating or editing any mailbox passwords or login details. This will allow us to copy the settings accurately.
