Let us explain with an example case:
If you email to 1000 email ids, and out of that 20 from Gmail got returned, if the subject / content is the same, Gmail can easily track and mark such mailing as spam or related promotional category. Here, no service provider can claim they can offer inbox delivery, as it depends on every mail server, and every mail server has their own custom anti-spam system.

Why it depends on your own email usages?
What content you are sending - We have no control on that
How many users click on the spam button - We have no control on that
How many users click on the unsubscribe button - We have no control, but you have an auto unsubscribe feature in your mailing from our system.
What type of email reputation is your domain name from which you want to send email? We don't have control on that.

So the above noted points are related to your own usages, and usage patterns need to manage your own usage patterns.

If still, you have any company offering inbox delivery of bulk mailing, then it may be a sales trick, so be careful with such offers in bulk mailing. We don't deal for any wrongful promise on something which we don't own or govern, as it depends on remote mail servers and your own usage patterns to their users.

How to avoid spam folder delivery or spamming issues? & things to know before ordering the bulk email services with us:

  • Always make sure to send email to valid email ids. If you scrape email ids from the internet or purchased a database of email ids from any seller, that may not be accurate, thus may not work and can create spamming issues.
  • If a user says NO means "NO". You shall not attempt to send emails to those users who have unsubscribed to your email newsletter and don't want to get your emails.
  • If a spam complaint is there, you are requested to please ensure that you take care of the needful and resolve the same with the proper answer in reply on an urgent basis. Failure may result in suspension or termination of your bulk email account.
  • Webji doesn't allow any form of spamming from our network and takes care proactively to ensure our IP stays clean.
  • We set up the AC already with proper DKIM and SPF records so that the infrastructure is properly ready for the mailing.
  • If you don't have a domain name, we suggest you buy an extra domain name and email hosting account and use that email ID as the sender email ID, which will have better delivery rates. You can order any smaller plan from http://webji.in/email-hosting/ when using your own domain name, you will have a better delivery rate since you can have proper SPF and DKIM records in that case, which is impossible in the case of Gmail or Yahoo email ids as sender email id. If any other service provider did not tell you about this, then it may lead to low-quality service experience and deliveries, as technically, this aspect can't be ignored.

  • You will have a report of how many users are unsubscribed from your email newsletters. So a high rate of unsubscribed members means your target list is inappropriate, or your content or email subject is not as per your targeted audience. It is suggested you always ensure you have a lower unsubscribe rate, as that means your users love to read your emails and click less on the SPAM button.
  • If you are a user who sends a million emails to unknown email IDs and then complains that the emails are not delivering, your account is suspended or terminated, or you have related issues, then this service is not for you.

    Ans: No. as that may result in a high bounce rate, and the same is not allowed.

    If you dont allow scrapped databases or purchased email databases then why do you offer email validation service?
    Ans: Email validation service is for the users who have their own set/collection of email IDs, not the purchased CD or scrapped database. Who want to validate their email database for once before sending emails to their users.

    XYZ company allow spam?

    Ans: Anything that violates any law, or any form of spam is not allowed.

    Will you assign a specific IP address for our emailings?
