I dont want to have an unsubscribe option or a postal address in the bulk email panel.
It is not optional. It is mandatory, and as per the can-spam act, to have an unsubscribe option and correct + complete postal address. If someone doesn't want to get your email, it's their legal right to unsubscribe from your newsletter. You can't forcefully send promotional emails to others.
