Reason:
You have perhaps edited the from address of the campaign you shall not edit that value of from address as from address is fixed.
Solution:
To resolve the issue, create a new campaign and this time do not edit the from address. If there is any change in from the address that shall be first checked with our team on email support@webji.services you can't edit that from the address at the time of sending a campaign as not allowed by the system otherwise, anybody can send email from the address of anyone.

If your ac is set up for xyz.com and you try to send emails to abc.com, it is not allowed because this is called email spoofing, which is one of the main reasons for spam, and if you send emails this way, you will get the worst delivery rates.
To prevent this, we have set certain restrictions that you can send email only from email id by which the bulk email account is configured.
Please note that sending emails by any email id as sender email id is a bad example of bulk sending and may cause your email or domains or IP to be blocked faster on the Internet.
There is no point in sending 100k emails if most of them are not delivered or end up in the spam folder. Please think accordingly about why we have such settings or restrictions to safe guard your own email usages and its reputation online.
