Sending bulk emails from email hosting plans or shared hosting plans where you can use Outlook to send bulk emails may result in a degraded quality of email service or frequent blacklisting of IPs, etc.

Why so?

No auto-unsubscribe: If your bulk email plan control panel, rather than Outlook, sends the email, the recipient can opt for a one-click auto-unsubscribe if they dislike the content. It is not possible to automate a local outlook, so if you keep sending emails to that user, it may result in frequent IP backlisting or spam issues.

No auto-backlisting: If the email was sent from our bulk email panel and that email ID does not exist, then our system can auto-blacklist that and prevent sending any future emails to the email ID that does not exist and has hard bounce errors. However, Outlook does not support such functionalityIf you repeatedly send emails to a non-existent email address, it could lead to the server IP being blacklisted or increase the frequency of spam complaints.

The only case where bulk email sending over Outlook is allowed is when you are sending a transactional email (not a marketing mailer) to your own clients or customers. Other than that, we do not allow any form of bulk mailing from webmail or Outlook on any of our business email hosting plans, Linux or Windows shared hosting or reseller hosting. Violations of our TOS may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
