In that case, our team can have all steps followed from their end and can help you as far as web hosting is with us.
If your website is hosted outside the Webji network:
In that case, here are the steps to be followed:
1. You need to log in to your web hosting panel or contact your web host to issue you a CSR (CSR generation is free from all major web hosting control panels including plesk / cpanel).
2. Once CSR is generated you shall share that with our team by email at support@webji.services or in reply to the existing ticket for that SSL from our side.
3. Once CSR is provided our team will generate a .txt file and share it with you and you need to upload it on your web hosting ac to have your SSL request verification part completed.
4. Once the verification file is uploaded properly inform our team and we will issue an SSL certificate and share you same via email. You need to provide those SSL files to your web host and they can install it for your help or you can do that from your end in your web hosting panel if your web hosting provider have proper documentation or help provided for the same. However, this final step is something your web host has to help you with in case you are not familiar with the installation of SSL as our team can't log in to 3rd party control panels.
