However, we request you to please cooperate with support procedures and kindly make sure of the followings to help us deliver you better, accurate and timely service support:

 

- If using chatbox to place message (via email) share registered email id in our records only.

 

- Send email to support@webji.services for support request only from registered email id only in our records. Because of security reasons, our team cannot provide support to unregistered email id in our records.

 

- If our team requested you some details, kindly reply and share complete details / information / screenshots requested so speedup the support procedure. As if there is a delay from your side in reply, then there is nothing your service provider can do to speedup that part.

 

- When sending us email to support@webji.services permit a few minutes' time to our techs to check and get back to you via email, sending multiple emails will only result in communication gapes or misunderstanding for support agents.

 

Our avg reply time < 45 minutes

whereas most of the queries are even replied < 15 minutes, rest depends on nature of query and expertise agent availability.
