Recommendation to have better delivery rate for bulk emails Print

  • 0

Things not to do!

  • Never send emails to outdated, purchased or scrapped email databases, especially without first performing a proper email cleanup.
  • Never use your domains or email addresses to send spam or unsolicited email.
  • Never send an email to someone who has already unsubscribed from you or has not signed up for your newsletter.
  • Never send all emails at once, preferring a "drip feed" or "warm up" method of sending emails as described below.
  • It is recommended that you do not use our bulk email services to send a cold mailing, as this can lead to a higher number of spam complaints.
  • Never send an email newsletter without the proper contact information of you / your business mentioned.
  • Sending illegal or abusive content is not allowed from our system or network.
  • Never send misleading information online over emails.

What can happen if Not to do's are done?

  • When a spam complaint is received, it is usually forwarded to the customer for review and resolution and to notify us at ASAP. In some cases where there is a severe spam problem, complaint from the data centre, legal complaint, or any serious event, the service in question may be suspended with/without notice to protect our network and services from a flood of spam. No refunds will be issued under the conditions of spam, TOS violation, or abuse complaint cases.
  • The recurrence of spam complaints may result in an abuse fee to be paid by the client for admin time used to clean up the system and network, or suspension or permanent blocking of your billing account to prohibit you from using our services.

Things to do!

  • Send emails to warm up, i.e., instead of sending all emails at once, send only a few per day and gradually increase the number of emails sent from your bulk email account to get a better online reputation because if you send 1000 of emails per day, you can easily be detected by the email server's anti-spam filters.
  • If you are sure you already have a clean email history from your email IDs, then feel free to send many emails, but only at your own discretion.
  • It is recommended not to send emails to unknown users, as using the system for cold mailing may increase the risk of spam complaints.
  • Please contact our team at support@webji.services and let us know your email requirements in detail so that we can help you configure your bulk email account with automatic email warm-up so that your mailer can be sent over several days and with a gradually increasing number of emails per day.

Please note that you are the user using the bulk email system. You can have your IP address, domain name, or server blacklisted in a matter of minutes or hours, or perhaps never have it blacklisted, too, because it all depends on how you use the system and what kind of content and email list you use to send emails.

Please create a proper bulk email plan before sending bulk emails and discuss your use case with our team so that we can provide you with suggestions if needed.

Sending thousands of emails daily without being unaware of anti-spam complaints or anti-spam regulations can damage not only your domain name & email ID reputation and your brand's reputation online.
