Please note that there is no direct one-click downgrade option for GSuite/Google Workspace email addresses, as there is only upgrade path. There is no any downgrade option in our system so we cannot help with any such downgrade request as per limitations of system provided by our vendors and Google system.
 
Therefore, downgrading the number of users is not possible.
 
1. However, you can use the services till expiry date. Make the necessary backups >Have the account deleted with us and order it as a new account once you are sure that you have downloaded the backups. However this step will have all email ids be created again as new order so all data backups must be taken from user side using outlook sort of email client softwares.
 
This may cause some downtime as emails are deleted and recreated in the Gsuite system and a new order must be placed for a new set of mailboxes. All backups are performed from the user side only.
 
2.  OR either we can remove it from our system and you yourself can contact Google directly and do the downgrade with them + continue it with them directly, instead of us. This option will not have Webji support as mentioned its direct order with Google.
