Zero Tolerance AntiSpam Policy for Bulk Mailing Services Print

  • 0

Before ordering any of our bulk email services, please take note of the followings:

What is not allowed?

  1. We do not allow spam in any form.
  2. We do not allow any form of mailing that contains misrepresentation, fraud, phishing, hate speech, or anything illegal in any form.
  3. We do not allow any form of unsolicited email.
  4. We do not allow any form of scrapping mailing lists or purchasing email databases.
  5. You cannot send any kind of mailing to individuals you don't know or who haven't subscribed to your newsletter.
  6. You should not send any form of mailing to individuals who have already requested or unsubscribed from your newsletter.
  7. We do not allow any form of mailing where the recipient does not expect to receive your emails.
  8. We do not allow any misuse of our services.
  9. We do not allow any form of mailing with a false or fake address, identity theft, etc.
  10. You should not send any form of mailing to someone who has already requested or unsubscribed from your newsletter.
  11. We will not allow any form of mailing usage that results in repeated abuse complaints or blacklisting of our server or network IP.
  12. Any form of severe blacklisting that causes a nearby range of multiple IPs due to the nature of such a severe event will lead to immediate termination of the services without any form of pre-suspend warning. This generally happens when too many spam complaints are there and are not in our hands, as that depends on your own mail usage only.
  13. We will immediately terminate your service if any RBL denies delisting due to your usage pattern, as we cannot tolerate any form of spamming on our network or servers.

Please note: No refunds are possible for abuse or spam cases. As the email server user, you must pay all the fees required to pay an Antispam index / RBL if any paid Antispam de-indexes are there, such as UCLProtect.

What is allowed?

  1. You have some customers/clients/members who have intentionally signed up (on their own) for your e-newsletter, and you want to send them a newsletter with a highly visible unsubscribe option.
  2. You send a legitimate newsletter to your own customers' or members' email list or subscribers.
  3. You ensure you follow any additional guidelines Webji provides based on your usage (if noticed).
  4. You make sure that you proactively ensure that our server/network IP(s) are not blacklisted and that no form of spam complaint happens. As spam blacklisting occurs online as a result of your email use of our server.

What is the use of a higher plan with multiple delivery servers?

  1. Each delivery server comes with 1 dedicated IP, which you can use only. Thus, if you can afford a higher plan with multiple delivery servers included, this can increase your overall delivery rate.

What happens if any blacklisting IP is Blacklisted in any Antispam index (RBL)?

  1. Your emails to those email servers using that particular antispam/RBL index are not delivered or rejected. You need to fix the root cause on your end, and then our team can send a delisting request to RBL to get you removed, but that is subject to the decision of RBL whether they will remove you or not.
  2. Usually, RBL delists the IP within 24-48 hours, and once delisted, emails will be delivered correctly to those RBL users as well.
  3. Please note that we cannot guarantee or warranty that RBL will remove your IP or not from the spam blacklist, as they are a third party and it is their decision.
  4. Repeated spam issues may result in your IP being permanently blacklisted by RBL. In such a case, we will terminate any such account in question, as we cannot allow our services to be used for spam issues.
  5. RBL decide for themselves what spam is! So if you ask us why it is marked as spam, we do not know since we are not part of that RBL. As a service provider, we can only answer or make suggestions based on our knowledge. Please note that you decide what content you want to send and to whom to send it, so there is no role as a service provider in between. So we cannot answer any such question related to your own usage pattern.
  6. Some RBLs, such as UCL Protect, offer only paid removal from their listings. However, as an email service user, you are responsible for any such fee, as we have fixed IPs for specific clients only.

Why XYZ company offer bulk email without this many terms?

If someone does not educate you about the consequences or conditions of bulk emails, they may only be looking at sales numbers. For us, the quality of the service is important, and it is important that our users know about all aspects and problems of the service that may happen and how to deal with them so that they can better use the same service in a legitimate and valid way. If some service providers do not have these practical real cases shared with their users and still deal with bulk mailing, you can decide what kind of service quality to expect.

In the end, any form of spamming or unsolicited emails is not allowed. In addition to the above-mentioned terms, all the terms of service mentioned at https://webji.in/terms-of-service are applicable as it is on bulk email services, too.
