Technical issue shared server IP 103.190.54.36

The new server is stable and working fine for last 1 week we are sending emails to all clients for their new logins to new server one by one expect it to finish this task within 1-3 days. It is important that you have all login information for new server with you in one email for your updated account info and panel url, username and password so working on the same right now.

The restoration of all domain file folders has now been completed.

You can access the new Plesk Panel at https://server.247serverplanet.com/ and use the new FTP hostname server.247serverplanet.com.

We kindly request you to verify your website files, folders, databases, and emails. Please note that the data is based on the last available backup, as access to the old server was unstable. To prevent further technical issues, we made the necessary decision to move both the server and data center on an urgent basis.

The restore process is working in multiple threads to speed it up at its max approx. 70% restore completed so far, and we expect to be finished in few hours. You will find more domains working fine as soon as restore process progresses.

Just a reminder if you are using any custom 3rd party dns nameservers then Kindly make your websites IP to 23.88.20.87 from old IP 103.190.54.44/103.190.54.36 as new server IP 23.88.20.87 is in new data center and will serve us.

The restore process is working for files/folders now. By now, the majority of email ids shall be working fine. If you face any issue with emails then please connect on helpdesk via email to support@webji.services

We are working on restoring the files/folders of all hosted domain names now. We anticipate completing this by the end of today.

Please note that 2 times the issue happened with exiting server thus we have changed our data center itself to world's one of top data center. If you are having reseller ac and using custom nameservers or if you are using any custom 3rd party dns nameservers then Kindly make your websites IP to 23.88.20.87 from old IP 103.190.54.44/103.190.54.36 as new server IP 23.88.20.87 is in new data center and will serve us.

The restore process on new server has been started. As for mails and database we are using the today's backup file. As for files folders we will be using 1-2 days older backup we have on cloud.

Please note that files and folder restore will be done at last as right now we are waiting for all the Plesk level configuration to be restored first so that emails can be working and required system folders are created on all domains. This process may take few hours.

The existing server and IP is working on a few Indian ISPs including Airtel and JIO 5g + JIO Wifi and some other ISPs but in order to find a effective solution we are already working on setting up new server. Once its ready with required Plesk and other softwares will start working on restoration of backups.

As the old server is not able to connect via internet to new server we will be using the last backup.

We are facing our other IP too same issue, ISP level IP block. At this stage since the issue is repeated, we are trying to order new server in different data center and will be required to copy all accounts to new server. It may take 1-2 days' time to fully resolve this as shared hosting server have size of data on it.

Please note our data center is trying to resolve it at ISP level but at the same time we are working on new server configured for restore so that either case its resolved we need solution at the earliest.

We wanted to keep you informed regarding the ongoing update process for websites transitioning to the new IP 103.190.54.44. In addition to updating the server network level IP, we also need to modify the IP address at the Plesk Panel level for each domain.

This process is currently of Plesk Panel level update of IP to new IP running in the background, and while it is not delayed on our end, Plesk takes its own time to apply the changes. Our team is actively monitoring the update script, and as of now, 33% of the domains have been successfully updated.

The remaining updates are expected to be completed within today, also as soon as a domain's IP is updated, it will begin functioning on the new IP immediately. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are closely overseeing the process.

New Server IP is 103.190.54.44, So if you are using custom nameservers then please update old IP 103.190.54.36 to new IP 103.190.54.44 and our team is still working on making the required changes to server to have all websites working.

Kindly note that these steps to update IP from your side is only required if you are using custom nameservers or branded nameservers with your reseller hosting ac as that is something we can't update.

We will keep you posted once the server side settings are completed may take few hours.

We have been informed by data center that the IP is facing some technical error they are checking it with upstream ISPs, but it may take few days' times and being a shared server, we can't wait for that long. As an immediate possible solution, we are having replaced this server IP with any other new IP and will keep you posted shortly.

Please note that if you have a reseller hosting ac with private nameservers used OR in case you were using any remote DNS provider not using our nameservers then you will be required to update the DNS A record from old IP 103.190.54.36 to new IP provided shortly.

Need few hours' times to finish this and will further update on this announcement.

There is some technical issue with shared server IP 103.190.54.36. So we are checking the same with data center. Kindly note that we are depending on data center for update so request you to please permit few hours time.
