Temporary Email Delays Due to Spam Filter Issue - Business email server

The spam filter issue has been resolved and its working fine now.

 

 

Previous Update

A few weeks ago, we experienced a DDoS attack that caused some network-level issues, which have since been resolved already.

However, we’ve recently observed intermittent delays in email delivery—including today—which we’ve traced back to a technical issue with our anti-spam filter. The same issue was noted a few days ago as well.

Our team has already escalated this matter to the support team of the spam filter provider, and we are actively working with them to investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, to ensure uninterrupted email flow, we have temporarily disabled the spam filter. As a result, you may notice an increase in spam emails during this period of investigation.

 

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to restore full functionality of antispam filters. Please rest assured that resolving this is a top priority for us.
