Legally customer is responsible for the content uploaded on their web hosting account(s) or server(s). Thus, Customer must agree that all the data uploading or database uploading/restore task required to be done from customer end only.Webji Hosting Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible or entertain any data uploading or restore request.

Due to legal reasons' client shall upload their website their own and expect their designer/developer to help in the process. We are here to help you to share you the required steps if your developer is not aware of it.

1. Upload all files and folders of your web application via ftp. You can contact our team in case you want us to resend your ftp details and files folders uploading steps via ftp.

2. Now after uploading the files/folders the remaining part is to create database in Plesk Panel (web hosting control panel) for that here are the steps:

Then your developer shall update your website's connection string with db (database) hostname (mostly localhost for mysql db), db name, db user and db password to your db configuration file of your website to have your website working.
