To reset your account password, please use the billing ac password reset tool at https://billing.webji.in/password/reset. Please use the email address on record to reset your password.
If you forget the answer to your security question, please email us at support@webji.services. Our team will verify the query and will send it via email.
Because of security reasons, you can make any request to disable security question protection with email only. Any such request will not be possible over chat/phone. Only emails with registered email addresses will be accepted if you disable your security questions.
Please note that we cannot change your password from our end, as per the security system of the WHMCS billing application. So kindly prefer the two steps mentioned above to reset the password from your end.
