Anytime you place multiple order by mistake or for any reason the order which you pays to get executed but the other orders duplicate ones are shown as canceled nothing unnatural with this.
It's like you order 2 times a domain name one is active and one is canceled as you paid for 1 so the canceled one can be ignored as the active one is there.
To avoid this do not place multiple orders on the same ac with the same domain name. If there is any issue while making the payments then contact our support team at support@webji.services rather than placing a duplicate new order for the same domain name.
