How to update the company details or ownership info in service purchased by an old employee or service provider? Print

Please note that WebJi® provides digital services and your email id is your primary identification for your service provider for the services which you have purchased digitally via the web.

If you have purchased services from a service provider who you think is our reseller then you need to contact your service provider only for any service-related queries as WebJi® have not done any trade with you directly in that specific case.

In case you have purchased services in name of an employee and that person is no more part of your organization or business or company then here are the options:

Option A)

If the current email id is in your contact then you can ask them to email us from the currently registered email id to support@webji.services and mention ownership change required and new information which needs to be updated and the same will be done by our team on written request via email.

Option B)

If in case the existing person in our records and email id is no more in contact and service is ordered with your company name then share with us a letterhead sealed and signed with your company or org. Signature authority and mention the reason in detail of why the ownership update is required and what situation has caused that you are unable to contact us from registered id for the email id or contact info update and also what is the reason that you cannot order your own employee (even if ex-employee) for an update of your own company's services purchased by your service provider. We need all that information written clearly + ID proof of signature authority + Last paid invoice copy in digital format via email at support@webji.services

Kindly follow the requested procedure mentioned above. Please cooperate with suggested procedure as due to security reasons any contact info cant be updated without having proper and clear information shared by the requester as mentioned above.
