I have forgot my billing or client area password. How can I reset that? Print

Please use forgot password link at https://webji.in/billing/password/reset to reset your password. Once you submitted the form on this page successfully system will send you an email with a link to reset the password so you need to follow that link to reset the password to the required new password of your choice.

If the system asks for a security question answer and you have missed or forgotten the same too. Then please email from your registered email id to support@webji.services to disable security questions on your account. On written request only via registered email id, our team will disable the security question after which you can revisit the same forgot password link and reset the password without the need of security question answer.

 

Due to security reasons

A) Make sure to contact via email at support@webji.services only any chat or phone support for password reset will not be possible.

B) Please make sure to send email always from registered id as per our records provided by you in order only. Any email from another email id or unregistered email id will not be accepted. Email shall always come from the same email id by which the service was ordered to support@webji.services.
