Our billing system has already sent you to advance invoice (a few days in advance of the next due date) So that you can have sufficient time to decide on renewal or take your backups if any required time before the account is suspended/terminated.
If you decide not to renew your ac you must download your offsite backup timely at your end in advance of the expiry date. This means in the few days before your ac is due to expire, you must have backup copies of all your important data.
You can either renew the service or either can contact our team for one week of the paid unsuspend subject to the account is not deleted yet. Some web hosting ac is on 3rd party services/server and cant be provided for a week paid unsuspend. So if the account is under any 3rd party service renewal will be the only option.
