Why avoid having multiple billing accounts?
- You can buy as many as services you want in the same billing as there is no need to signup one billing ac per service with us.

- If you facing any issue logging in to your primary billing ac then you can contact our team at support@webji.services to get access or you can reset the password for the same using steps as mentioned at https://billing.webji.in/knowledgebase/4744/how-do-I-reset-my-billing-ac-password-.html 

- Cross account support is not possible so having multiple billing ac can create confusion that for which service you shall contact from which of your email id to support@webji.services so to avoid that confusion to it is better to use one central billing ac and have all your services under that.

 

What is the procedure to merge multiple billing accounts with WebJi®?
The procedure is very simple you need to send emails from each one of your billing ac email ids to support@webji.services and mention the purpose of merging of billing ac.
