Guidelines for best practices for using bulk email services Print

  • 0

There are many guidelines that can be followed when it comes to bulk email services:

1. The first guideline is that you must ensure all your email lists are relevant and clean. If the list has irrelevant or old contacts, this will decrease your open rate and unsubscribe rate.

If you doubt the accuracy of your email database, contact support@webji.services to our team for an email list verification custom quote.

2. Have a fresh new domain name used for bulk mailing. It's not advised you use your primary or corporate domain name for the same. You can register a new domain name from our website to https://billing.webji.in/cart.php?a=add&domain=register

3. Any lower-quality email database, including an online purchased database, etc., is not allowed. It's always advised to have your own subscribed members for a long-term perspective.

4. Your service provider has no way to determine whether you send unsolicited emails, so it is always advised to send emails to your subscribed email newsletter members only to avoid spam complaints.

5. Too many or too frequent spam complaints may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refunds.

6. Prohibited niches/content, as mentioned at https://billing.webji.in/knowledgebase/4773/Which-type-of-items-or-goods-or-services-is-not-allowed-at-WebJi.html

7. We do not allow anything illegal that violates any law, any type/form of spamming, or any violation of our TOS, as mentioned at https://webji.in/terms-of-service/.

8. Unsolicited mailing is not allowed, as it results in a high spam rate.

9. Any mailer with a high % of bounce / returned email is not allowed, as that results in a high spam rate or IP blacklisting.

10. If IP blacklisting happens, you need to follow the suggestions given and fix the issues urgently.

11. Generally, additional IPs are not provided, as users are required to ensure clean mailing usages from their side to avoid IP Blacklisting. In exceptional cases, INR 2000 + 18% GST must be paid per dedicated IP per month.

12. If a spam complaint comes from your mailing without any delay, you need to resolve the same on an urgent basis and update us in less than 6 hrs. As per the complaint, sometimes urgent responses are required.

13. We don't sell services to deliver spam to the internet. This service is not for you, in case you think you can send any type of content or mail to anybody in the world. If you are a responsible user you're welcome for business or transactional / marketing mailing from the system. As no payment qualifies you to allow sending spam on the internet. We don't sell services for spamming.

14. You must respect the unsubscribe request of users.

15. You must include your correct and valid complete postal address and other anti-spam guidelines available online and provided by WebJi® in this article, our kb, and provided by our team to you time by time.

16. Any form of fake address, fake information, fake presentation or content is not allowed, as comes in illegal usages.

17. If you have a fresh new domain name, you shall send emails in warmup mode, including a few emails per day in the start week, and increase your usage over a few months, rather than sending a huge amount of emails in first week or initial service period without having IP warmup. If your domain name and IP are not given a warm-up period on the internet, it may result in a ban of your domain name or IP online. You can read online about the "IP warmup period" for more details in Google Search.

18. Email sender information should be clear and visible.

19. Send email only to those who want it.

20. Do not include JavaScript in the email HTML body.

21. Do not include too many images or links in email to have a better delivery rate.

22. You must follow online guidelines shared by Gmail / Hotmail / Yahoo, etc, leading mail service providers.
