Any server without a web hosting control panel will be unmanaged or software self-managed server only. That means we will deliver you RDP access in Windows Server and SSH root access in the case of Linux Server. However, any software-related part needs to be self-managed by your developer or system admin available at your end in your technical team.
Any sort of software-level support or software installation etc is not included in unmanaged or self-managed by the customer type of servers.
So if you are not a technical expert or familiar with system admin processes, but want to host a website, please order a managed server with a control panel addon on it only.
