Yes, we also offer managed support add-ons for servers outside the WebJi® network, in case you have set up it outside WebJi® services. Please check and order any of our managed support add-on plans from https://webji.in/billing/store/managed-server-cloud-backups

Features of that plan are as follows:

  • All in one package (support + cloud backups) for your server.
  • Linux & Windows VPS/dedicated server support.
  • Max. the length allowed per query - 24 hrs. After 24 hours, new credit is used.
  • Data migration / Onetime Server hardening / Server setup not included
  • Daily regular support queries included
  • Hardware support is not included (if the server is outside the webji network).
  • Backup agent price included in the plan
  • No additional fee for remote backup storage.
  • 1 Service plan order is required per server.

 

To support any remote services, the following details will be required:

RDP administrator / SSH root login details along with the error or issue you face, so that our team can check and update you accordingly.
