Sender IP is blacklisted on leading antispam index.
Someone sends you an email from their server to your email id hosted with us. If their email server IP is blacklisted on any leading anti-spam index, then it is an issue for which they shall contact their service provider, as the server IP blacklisted needs to be checked and fixed by their email service provider, not WebJi®. So whenever you see an email returned for such reasons, the sender's email server reputation is in question and shall only be addressed by them.
Our server always returns email with a valid reason, so the sender of email, if their email is rejected, gets the error message to be checked by their service provider for such issue.
Why WebJi® can't help in such a case?
We own our server, and are here to help you with any technical issue related to our services, but we don't own or control the other email server. If the other email server is remotely hosted with another company facing a spamming issue, their system admin must check and fix the spamming issue. It is unrelated to WebJi®, so we can't help.
What if I own a private server with WebJi®?
If you own a private vps or dedicated server with us you can let our team know at support@webji.services that you want to disable the spam filter they can disable the same however therefore you shall then get more and more spam emails to your email ids hosted on that server as you decided to remove the spam filters. So as said above, the server blacklisted is sender server, so the sender shall contact their web host and have that fixed. Disable of spam filter at your own risk of incoming spam messages, and is possible only on private vps or dedicated server cases, if preferred by the client.
Please note if you expect us to fix some error or issue of remote server of some email id because they purchased email from a less reputed web host, then there is nothing we can do, as it's not our server it is their server is blacklisted and shall be checked by their web host.
