Please note if you buy a shared hosting account, virtual private server, or dedicated server, that is one service. There is virtually no service provider that can provide you with a 100% assured service's uptime guarantee. If you have a sensitive app or data, or if the application is time-sensitive, then it is not recommended to put it on only one server. Instead, put it on two or multiple servers so that if there's an outage in one place you can still be online.

If someone buys a shared hosting or single vps or single dedicated server, they are hosted on one machine. If that one machine fails, the website will go down. We offer 24x7 technical support, but it doesn't mean that every issue will be solved in 2 minutes. It depends on the problem and other factors like how much time it will take to fix.

In order to achieve a better fail-over situation, we ask our customer to discuss such a mission-critical application or data hosting requirement at support @ webji.services, so that we can share a plan with multiple servers + hourly backups + load balancer and give you a custom quote for the same.

Any server or technical service may have occasional technical problems. It is the customer's responsibility if he or she has such sensitive data or applications to buy an appropriate solution for such mission-critical applications after discussing it with us. Buying one server does not mean a fail-over plan until you are open to business investment for such complex server architecture that you can discuss to our team at support@webji.services.

Please note shared hosting, vps or dedicated services do not contain by default fail-over / load balancer, and any such complex architecture services pre-included.

If there is a technical problem, the support team is 24x7 online in your service and will do our best to solve any technical problem as quickly as possible. However, at the same time, if you have sensitive data or application requirements, you shall invest in business services accordingly, with discussion to us for any such requirements separately.
