As mentioned in our TOS https://webji.in/terms-of-service/

Legally customer is responsible for the content uploaded on their web hosting account(s) or server(s). Thus, the Customer must agree that all the data uploading or database uploading/restore tasks are required to be done from the customer end only.

Webji Hosting Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible or entertain any data uploading or restore request.

Due to legal reasons, the client must upload their website on their own and expect their designer/developer to help in the process. We are here to help you share the required steps if your developer is unaware of them.

Upload all files and folders of your web application via FTP. You can contact our team if you want us to resend your FTP details and files folders uploading steps via FTP.

Now, after uploading the files/folders, the remaining part is to create a database in Plesk Panel (web hosting control panel). For that, here are the steps:

Steps to create a database in Plesk

https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/customer-guide/website-databases/creating-databases.65157/

Steps to restore the DB

https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/customer-guide/website-databases/backing-up-and-restoring-databases.74647/

Then your developer shall update your website's connection string with DB (database) hostname (mostly localhost for MySQL DB), DB name, DB user, and DB password to the DB configuration file of your website to have your website working.
