How to create a support ticket? Print

Due to security reasons for technical and billing queries, please make sure to contact us via email or support ticket.

 

To create a support ticket, please follow anyone of the procedure mentioned below:

1) Send an email from the registered id in our records to support@webji.services and permit a few minutes for a numeric digit ticket ID which the system will assign.

2) OR login to your billing ac to create a support ticket from https://billing.webji.in/supporttickets.php

 

Please note

- Kindly do not send multiple tickets for the same query.

- Once you shared your query over the support ticket, kindly permit a reasonable time for our team to get back to you with an email reply.
